Frequently Asked Questions


Q: When can my organization set up?


A: Your organization may set up from 5pm-9pm Wednesday night, or Thursday morning starting at 6:30am.




Q: When does attendee/presenter registration begin each day?


A: Attendees will arrive between 7am-8am. They will have access to the Exhibit Hall where coffee, bagels, fruit, etc will be available. The first session will begin at 8am each day. 




Q: What are Exhibit Hall hours?


A: The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7am - 3:45pm. There are two dedicated times for the Exhibit Hall from 10:15am-11am and 3:15pm-3:45pm each day. A ticketed box lunch will occur from 12pm-1pm, which may be another high-traffic time for Exhibitors.




Q: Does MAST provide a list of conference attendees?


A: We expect to have around 375 attendees for this year’s conference. To maintain privacy for our attendees, we do not distribute their contact information. However, we encourage exhibitors to have a sign-in list at their table to continue communication with educators who are interested in learning more about your organization.




Q: Does MAST have accommodations arranged?


A: MAST has secured a block of rooms for conference exhibitors and attendees at a discounted rate of $104 for single/double, $114 for triple, $124 for quad rooms. Rooms must be reserved by October 10th for these rates. Mention MAST to receive these discounts.
