STEM PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNTIES with the Young Inventors’ Program
The Young Inventors’ Program of the University of New Hampshire’s Leitzel Center is a K-12 project-based learning experience that provides hands-on STEM enrichment opportunities as educators guide students through the invention process to solve problems while applying STEM learning and gaining 21st century skills. The YIP Curriculum and supporting materials are available for FREE to schools and programs. YIP is adaptable to all learning environments and formats and flexible enough to meet diverse students needs, and applicable to a broad range of disciplines, and it is accessible to anyone.

Celebrate Mass STEM Week with the Young Inventors' Program!
Explore strategies to bring engineering design into your classroom with an introduction to the Young Inventors' Program. This K-12 project-based curriculum meets core standards, including the NGSS, and provides hands-on STEM activities to take students on an invention journey through the design process, culminating in a showcase of original inventions that may lead to local, regional, national and international competitions. Learners will have an opportunity for expression and creativity as they develop and practice higher-order thinking skills. This workshop will provide you with all of the resources you need to bring the Young Inventors’ Program curriculum to your classroom – all FREE for your school.
